Case 1: Development of Filter-Shaped Integral Injection Molding Technology

Many of the filter-shaped parts in automobiles are made from mesh-typed plastic injection molded parts.
At Newton, we were able to develop an integral injection molding technique for filter-shaped parts that allows to further improve the performance of the filter itself.

Case 2: Development of Punching Process through Hard Resin

Newton developed punching processing technique for products that are difficult to be injected molded due to fine details and/or due to thermosetting polymer characteristics.

*Currently pending for patent: blade type and manufacturing method of hard resin processed part

Case 3: Mold technology of removal by cavity rotation

This technology will provide the cost reduction for the unit price of screw products, worm products and the investigation cost.
